Brannon was an incredible help after I had to unexpectedly purchase a new vehicle in November. I never once felt pressured during the entire buying process, and he and his team made it super easy. I had identified a vehicle on the website prior to showing up to the dealership, but when I had arrived, I discovered that vehicle had been purchased just an hour earlier. Brannon was more than happy to show me a number of other vehicles which fit what I was looking for, and as a first-time buyer, I felt that he was extremely accommodating of my requests (taking the vehicle for a third-party inspection, financing, etc.). If I were to buy another vehicle in the area, I would work with Brannon again without hesitation.

I purchased a 2021 Mazda CX5. Before I got back home to Alabama, we noticed a rather expensive light out. The salesman told me to go to auto zone to get the bulb. I thought that was rude but, tried to dismiss it. A few days later, I noticed that the tail light was loose when we touched it it fell down in the back bumper, while looking at the light, we realized that the bumper had been painted. Also, the front cover of the headlight had been broken off at the tip and had a spot of rust behind it. I emailed The salesman twice wthout any response.

Great buying experience. Didn't feel like I was being pressured. I do have one complaint. I was pre approved for funding before I got there and told them not to run a credit check. Not only did the run it once, they ran it 3 times. Pretty disappointed about that part. Overall the salesman Brannon was awesome. Highly recommend him if your making a purchase.

Dallas as amazing. Went in there thinking I wouldn't get approved, and I did. Got the vehicle I've wanted for a few mos now. He didn't pressure me into anything, made me feel comfortable about the whole thing. Jimi K was amazing as well. Both of them talked to me like they had known me and were friends forever, no pressure from either one of them. Happy with my choice. Will refer to anyone who needs help finding a vehicle. Everything was pretty easy from the start. I told them what I could afford and we found the perfect car for me. From the first phone call to the salesman to finance it was a breeze.

Bought a brand new vehicle, everything had been great, friendly service etc etc. I had agreed that I would go with who they finance with if they matched the interest rate that my bank had offered. The sales person came back and said they were willing to do that and we went ahead with the deal. All through signing the interest rate had never once been mentioned and I obviously thought we were at what was agreed to only find out when we came to pay our first payment they had raised the interest rate by 1.25% over what was agreed. Very shady practice. We were referred to Pete Moore from a family member who has purchased 12 or 13 vehicles. It’s a shame they did this and I can honestly say I would never purchase from them again due to this behavior. I would give more stars as everyone was so nice but the shady part of this means 1 star

This is our second purchase from Pete Moore. Our sales representative Dickie Heckler is awesome. He is friendly and knowledgeable and very respectful and patient. He answered all our questions and clarified all the details of the trade-in and purchase. Jimi Koumalatsos handled the financial transaction. He was very personable and down to earth. We felt he had our best interest in mind. They both helped us get the whole transaction completed in record time. If you want a new Chevy go to Pete Moore and ask for Dickie!

Jeffrey Lee is my go to salesperson. He is kind, caring, so very knowledgeable, and most of all patient when ask questions whether it be about how something works or the buying process.
