That's because every Certified Pre-Owned vehicle comes with an Extended New Car Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty for 12 months/12,000-miles.2 Please keep in mind there are some exclusions. Some examples are: the warranty does not include tire damage or wear, damage due to bedliners, damage due to insufficient or improper maintenance, damage due to contaminated or poor-quality fuel and misuse of the vehicle such as driving over curbs, overloading, racing or other competition (proper vehicle use is discussed in the CPO Owner's Manual).

If you find a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in the dealer's inventory, you can ask the dealer or look up its service history and previous ownership records, so you can make sure the vehicle you purchase has a clean record.
